FGII stock is not splitting. FGII just wants authorization to float more shares. Does anyone intelligent enough to invest hard earned money think FGII would float these shares and dilute the value of current shares without some asset to back the new shares?? These shares will be used to purchase companies which will be additive to earnings making all shares mor valuable.
