Big league Ivy league schools will blow a lot of liberal thinking up your offsprings mind.

My sister went and graduated from Cornell, Berkeley, and UCLA.

The difference between her views and my views are almost complete opposites.

I on the other hand went to a tough engineering school that was cooperative and made efforts to weed out the weak students.

With all those degrees and a law degree my sister thinks the world is rigged since she didn't make a lot of money over her career. Of course she graduated with her law degree post reaching 40 years of age (kept my dad broke and working till age of 72).

The Ivy league schools are bastions of liberal thinking and a great place to find very wealthy students - with a lot of family assistance post graduation.

My Dad felt his wonderful efforts to support his daughter with the best of schools was a sad failure regarding his best intentions and poor awareness of the reality.

Work ethics, integrity, and persistence are all one needs to be a success in this world - only when coupled with a passion of what one does and the drive to succeed in it.

Those fine characteristics are far from exclusive features of over priced Ivy League schools.

ALL IMHO

Bob
