Also RBN's article is just observing the obvious to many of us who work(ed) in the patch, esp. about ng/LNG... I am negotiating leases on mineral rights I own in the Antrim Shale which is mostly wet ng and to a much lesser extent, oil... there is an existing pipeline within easy reach if we (and some of my neighboring rights holders) can organize and sell/lease as a group... outside of that, my wife and I own almost 3X sized total position in EPD, the most likely pipeline/midstream company (MLP) who can, and will be the first to capitalize on the bottlenecks in the Permian... it's all good in ng-land these days (and a LOT less volatile than oil markets)... nice to see ng finally becoming fungible worldwide like oil is, thx to LNG and pipelines into Mexico.
