From Bank of America conference this afternoon, the CFO Mark Long is clearly telegraphing it will raise their long term gross margin range when it holds its next analyst day sometime in the fall/winter. This is a follow on of something similar Milligan said last month at the JPM conference. This along with countless upgrades, beat and raises, debt paydowns, litigation resolutions, confirmation of first terabyte mobile phones coming out this summer/fall, positive growth trends in the HDD business, nearly 150% earnings growth YOY etc etc etc is all great news!! Yet price is still under $85 which makes absolutely no sense. That spring sure is coiling pretty tight........
