In my experience, which is thankfully limited, the settlement proceeds didn't justify the effort required to submit a claim. Never saw one where a shareholder got 20% of their investment. In NNVC's case I think some of the more vocal long term supporters are looking at less then 20% RIGHT NOW and that's without a bankruptcy filing.
