Hmmmm, Katy comes out and says she prefers STX even though "after comparing valuation, portfolio positioning, pricing and gross margin trajectories of STX and WDC" yesterday (ALL OF WHICH FAVOR WDC!!) The next day STX does a $236,000,000 share offering with her firm as the sole book runner. You can't make this stuff up!!

Meanwhile, WDC is buying back it's shares while STX is selling. That's all you (AND KATY) need to know!!!
