Followed your advice and signed into PayPal. The upgrade message is in fact showing up. Followed the instructions which brought me to “Sandbox”, some new service they want you to sign up for: sandbox.paypal.com Going to ignore it for now as I seem to be able to access my account. Will wait and see what happens next time I actually use PayPal.
