Bob, DAK: Intel is increasing its 1998 cap ex by 18% to $5.3 billion. Perhaps Intel will absorb some of the Micrascans no longer requested for timely delivery by Dong Bu, et cetera. I have heard that there is an acceleration in moving to .25 micron, but it is the 300 mm time line that has been extended (mostly due to lack of 300 mm photolithography equipment). Your thoghts?
