He said the Constitution was wrong that it allows the Attorney General to not be personally loyal to the president. In context, his statement still means the same.

To make that claim shows a fundamental misunderstanding of the Constitution. It would be wrong for it to encourage the head of the DOJ or any department to be personally loyal to a president.

This is indisputable.
