If you haven't found a solution to Win 10 noise, this may help: digitaltrends.com In step 5, I changed the "Get notifications from apps and other senders" option to Off which turns off ALL notifications and Win 10 is quiet now. If you wish, you can turn off notifications on an individual app basis.
