A rich criminal had the copies and court files destroyed and Ivana isn't allowed to talk about it because of an NDA that she no doubt profited bigtime from. Biographer Harry Hurt III obtained a copy of the deposition when he writing a 1993 biography of the Rich Rapist. I don't know if he has a copy anymore or if he's even alive now. Why doesn't the Rapist and Abuser release Ivana from her confidentiality agreement?
