<<Have YOU called FTEL? Have you done your DD? IF NOT,you are doing a lot of talking with no KNOWLEDGE of what you are talking about.>>

Robert, I consider myself to have a good amount of knowledge on hype stocks. I've followed a number of them over the last few years. The hype boards have usually treated me as you have, but, unfortunately, my suspicians usually came true (MTCI, HOPR, QZARF, etc.)

Maybe FTEL is different. Since I've just begun my research, perhaps I'm wrong. I'll keep looking. Maybe you can help point me in the right direction when I go on the wrong path as I dig deeper.

I haven't seen the product yet, but I have seen the product sales figures. They are real low, aren't they? This product has been out at least a quarter. Why are the sales so low if it is so great (CFO said sales would be the same as last quarter)? That doesn't add up to me.

Why were the shares given away on such bad terms via the convertibles?

Why didn't the company name the purchaser of the $ 2.5 mil in product late last year? What exactly were the terms?

Has anyone spoken to COMS to see if what FTEL is doing is a big deal?

Do you realize that if FTEL didn't have those private placments to desperately gather cash, that they wouldn't have qualified for the Small-cap NASDAQ listing (not to be confused with the regular NASDAQ).
