Yes, he is desperate for a win. And the NorKs know it. So he will get played, brag about his "win" and eventually realize it and then... No one knows. He certainly doesn't because he can't conceive of it. His normal response of threatening to sue the other party when things don't work out is a non-starter. I suppose he can pardon Cohen and send him to issue threats, but...
