You know, the solution of this problem is political. If it were managerial and financial, you and I could sit down together and draft a solution to the problem. I've seen the tax legislation process up close and how that happens, but I have not see how a working health care system is developed from scratch.

If in fact people want and expect more "generous" care than before, I think they're in for real disappointment because I absolutely don't see how that can happen as we watch Medicare collapse and SS collapse. I hope something emerges.
