I like to make as much money as the next guy, but not at the expense of others. I've always had a sliding scale that I've used in my business. Of course, the top 1% always argued that they were getting penalized for being successful. My retort was you pay your fair share, in accordance with my values and what you can afford. If you don't like it, get another tutor or use another service. Now, most in the top 1% didn't know they were even getting charged more since they primarily socialize with other members and families in the top 1%. The top .1 of 1% want to consume the whole world's wealth, an extremely disgusting trait.
