Last $800000 of total $5.3 million financing just closed.

Anyone following this stock will be happy to learn that
the stock had to be forced to stay in the .50-.60 range
or the deal would have busted.

This gives the investors who bought those debentures at .55
the big payback when the stock goes up.
Now there's no stopping that train.
