I don't know what you "predicted", other than that shareholders would get the money and not workers. Well, you were wrong. Certainly, millions of workers (a couple million at least) received raises and/or bonuses.

What did you expect? That 2 trillion dollars were going to come back to the US and be handed out to workers? That's stupid.

Only a fraction of the money is in the states thus far, and a significant number of people have received significant payraises and/or bonuses.

But you are misrepresenting the facts. Significant payments have been made to employees, and that is likely to continue since only a fraction of the offshore dollars has been brought back and that money will flow in over a period of years.

Essentially, it totally shoots a hole in your entire concept of capitalism and corporate employment. Mostly, it stems from your lack of understanding of capital markets, supply & demand, profits & losses.
