It is probably safe to say yesterday's blocks that moved very late in the session and forced the stock to $11 didn't come from "insiders". Nevertheless, the insider sales well documented in this thread's earlier postings is alarming to me. With the way the company is performing from an earnings standpoint, with the industry as a whole on such a roll, with a pending NASDAQ listing (which I do not believe is built into the stock price), why dump so many shares? It can't be an accident that we haven't seen $14 per share on this stock for some time now.

I can't blame anyone for hedging their risks, insiders or not. No one should put all of their eggs in one basket. So if an insider is simply diversifying, paying for the kids to go to Harvard, spouse has to have a new Jag every year, ok. But the numbers presented earlier have me worried. It seems on the surface to be excessive. I concur that if we knew the percentage of holdings released, that may ease my tension. If you think this info can be obtained, then let's go get it. I must confess I was close to pulling the trigger this morning after seeing the insiders getting out. The C&L story stopped that.
