Of course, he's not even TRYING. The only effort he's making is to make America LESS secure. He's reward Chinese government backed hackers by lifting sanctions on national security threat, ZTE.

Everyone knows he traded American security for financing on a Trump project.

Doesn't matter what he does, Trumpers will make excuses for it.
