Compared to the past, this might be accumulation :-)
But there hasn't been very signicant volume (xcpt the
past couple of days)

So its a hard call

I'm sure som epeople will pick up shares over time based on the rec;

it'll be a good sign if there is consistant flurry of buying activity

I guess people are holding on since, the recent buying seems to be bringing the stock up, but with MM's and penny stocks, who can tell? :-)
