[TI buyout] Donn -- At this stage of the buyout, you have no choice but to tender. This time I"m quite sure each shareholder will receive a prospectus regarding the vote and that's probably the venue whereby you give your assent. To be absolutely certain, call Georgeson at: 800- 223-2064 or 212- 440-9800. Estimated closure date is Feb. 27. Good luck --- and thanks again for your help on CKEYF.
