Sergio/All,

I just got off the phone with a young lady at ATPX in Atlanta. I asked about the merger/missed earnings/what it means in terms of additional shares for LUNN shareholders, etc. She was very polite but should be a politician (got NO information.....great secretary!), because she would only take my name and number for Gary D. to call back. I left my e-mail address for him. If he returns the message, I will write down all the questions that have been put up here. JR
