An enforcement rep of NASDAQ called me today at about 9:45AM with re gard to the now-infamous letter I wrote and posted here. We spoke for twenty minutes. I was requested not to post any of our conversation on this thread. I am complying with that request because I found our conversation to be responsive,informative and instructive, and because I promised. I was told that I will be sent a follow-up letter that I will be permitted to post. Hopefully, it will be as instructive as the phone converstion. Now for the lawyer lingo: Nothing I have just said is to be construed as either negative or positive with regard to any shorts or longs in RSYS. But, I owe you guys the following info, having just posted all of the foregoing. I have not bought or sold any RSYS since the phone call, nor do I intend to as a result of the phone call. I also have not bought or sold any RSYS stock since mid-December. At that time, I was a buyer. PS. I will answer, as always, any questions based upon my beliefs. (Emphasis on "I" AND "MY.")
