I specifically took issue with the claim. Read the claim again. I didn't see anywhere that Emerson said anything about American cities. Also, Steve Emerson is a fanatic. Why does Snopes even choose to feature the words of a fanatic? Because that's a propaganda technique, Sam. Take the words/actions of a fanatic and then prove them false. What happens then is that many readers will generalize from that. They will assume that all mentions of Muslim rape/crime are false. I don't trust Snopes, Sam. I've never found it very useful, but recently I'm started to see that it often slides over into propaganda.
