Regarding todays press release ................ it's not hard to understand why the presser was put out. I don't think it's hard to understand that there has been co-ordination between GSLR administrators and CPTAQ officials, including their counsel (Isabelle Ouellet) in the effort to thwart the advancement of the Miller project.

Without a doubt a decision was rendered by CPTAQ based on submission by previous GSLR administrators and CPTAQ's ignorance of the validity of those submission (validity backed by a court decision) ............. extending to acting on submissions by current GSLR administrators based on submissions that clearly contradict the previous ruling by the courts.

Mudslide Le Gris was posting information about his direct communications with CPTAQ legal counsel (be that Isabelle Ouellet or her predecessor) .............. that illustrate clear co-ordination in my book. So if you have a situation where CPTAQ lawyers are telling GSLR administrators what they could do to thwart the Miller project and that guidance is in direct conflict with what a judge has already ruled on ............ then damages are being cast on Canada Carbon Inc from a number of government agencies and this latest move is just another level of damaging conduct that 100% needed to be brought to the attention of Canada Carbon investors as it is of material consequence to the actions the company is forced to take through legal means that requires investor support and the way to maintain that support against all odds is to be fully transparent with investors of the company as to the machinations the company is up against.

Isabelle Ouellet will be cross examined .......... no doubt and I'm sure Mcarthy Tetrault will also provide testimony as to the communications they are aware of between the relevant parties.

The filing of the action yesterday has obviously sparked some real concern in CPTAQ and GSLR officials, hence, the knee jerk reaction and a reaction that seems to have put them in an even more precarious position than they were in prior.

Mudslide Le Gris was too simple for his own good ............ he basically put them all in a very bad position and now the company will move to have the whole thing exposed.

I imagine there will be plenty of media attention on this as it goes forward ............. there is a scandal brewing here and media love a good scandal that stems from such an insignificant situation as advancement through a zoning consideration as part of an overall mine application that is in the early permitting stages. (Yeah, that's where we're at .......... twilight zone in Quebec)

I support the companies actions to push forward aggressively through the courts to expose all this bullshit so that the broader investment community (pension funds, etc) understand just how anti-business the province of Quebec has become.
