Alex: SOES is just one execution tool open to the trader. I am with you and would not advocate a strategy based on scalping using SOES exclusively.

I am a little confused about the set up the hedge fund you are working for. Do all the traders trade:
- on behalf of the hedge fund ?
- for themselves personally?
- for themselves personally in additon to trading for the fund?
