The UN inspectors couldn't verify one piece of Bush's worthless intelligence. Knowing this, what did Bush do? He went to war. So there's no possible explanation to justify war when the inspectors said his intelligence was "garbage" and "outdated" before the war started. Then after the war started Bush admitted there were no WMDs in Iraq and stayed in the war. If you can justify this nonsense you can justify anything.
