Hi John either way is okay with me. Many times I do go back and finish looking at a posts. This especially if I'm going into work. I, myself do like to post a lot with the old Kodak theme in mind. Say it with pictures. What's on my mind currently. I'm seeing a trend.
The picture below another continuation. With the new Fed rate hike this week. I think I will be reaching my cap soon.


John: All good things do come to an end in time. I seemingly received a sign in the mail yesterday and have for the past three consecutive quarters. I'm capped at 5.25. 3.0 was so nice to start and 3.25 to maintain for 10 Years. sigh
