Who's they? Chinese gov't in Beijing, or South China Morning Press?

Reading the green tea leaves, speculation is the deal is "done," but formal issuance of approval is being held in light of current trade war missiles being launched across the Pacific.

We're a lot closer now than a few months ago. Question is, what's the threshold for the Chinese gov't to issue formal approval? Resolution on one major tariff issue, or a broad cessation of tariff hostilities? The former could happen next week; the latter could take months.

No too different than watching an extra-inning baseball game. Lotta nail-biting.
