If an investor had decided to buy a handful of shares 'round about 3:50 PM and was willing to shell out more than $.39 for them that wouldn't have happened....I guess there aren't any of those around. The sources and data that you're using as a basis for your outrage are flawed. "I had a day order in at .42 which was never filled!!!!" Curious...Why not a market order? I though that it was generally difficult to get filled on penny stock (or<$1) limit orders.
