Scott, unless I'm very wrong that wasn't a press release, it was a news or analysts's report that picked up old information. Teletek WAS in the payphone business before it merged with the long distance service, and got rid of that aspect of the enterprise.
And one other recent mixup had to do with another company with a similar name, which was touted by a brokerage that got the wrong symbol. These things happen...

With a first time ever audit by a Big Six accounting firm I'm not at all surprised that it came down to the wire. As someone pointed out, the EDGAR filing won't show up in the public access (read that as the "free" access, as opposed to the pay-now, get now private services) online database until tomorrow because of the builtin 24 hour delay at EDGAR. It may not be until Wed. at that.
