Think about this scenario when the laws mandating IRS's were passed, sound minds said it (volume of money) would force the market up no matter what Now that the boomers are needing that cash and millenials make a lot less than boomers did...is the air seeping out of the bag? The bigger the balloon, the more needed to keep it expanding
