That's how I understand it, but clarification such as what Jeff is considering is worthwhile, IMHO.

I've been here before with other companies which I've held, and I know that the stock is most irritating oftentimes "just before the dawn."

I suspect that this is the case here. Stockholder's attention wanders from "the prize" to the "jeopardies" and things get a little paranoid, especially with driveby postings such as da mailman.
