What make this double bottom strong is the distance between tests. It makes chance a going lower, slimmer. Not to say that it will never happen. But if this was two or three weeks it would make the case going lower stronger. Since it is over two months base looks good for a rally. Charts help indicate where the big money if flowing and I want to be on the side of big money. My couple hundred shares could not move a fly.
