JM, I am not talking about the SEC settlement per se. I am talking about what is says about the management of PRST. I wouldn't like it if the company I believed in had management that did such things. Is it the messenger or the message the is starting to bother you? On second thought don't answer that. I know what your answer is. (For Neil - I don't really know what her answer is, I am just speculating that I know what her answer is.) Brent
