You're playing games with this issue wharf - when it deserves a serious discussion. You are only kidding yourself if you don't think Trump won largely because of the issue of immigration. The WALL - remember? But it wasn't just the wall, it was rural American voters who feel their jobs were and are being threatened because of an endless line of immigrants coming into rural America to compete for jobs. ............AND, it's not just America as much of Europe is turning right because of immigrant issues. Is there a racism issue pushing here too? Clearly! That is a separate - although closely connected issue. The issue is not going away and we need a serious and frank discussion on it - which clearly we will NOT get from Trump. Another sad facet of his presidency. If democrats overplay their hand and fail to take control of the House, I'll be so fucking pissed I may never vote for another democrat. Shit, I may just stop voting completely.
