Rich, Contacted Riley the minute I received the cert. Thanks for your answer but we have been close to the number for some time. Back to lurking mode and waiting for 5M and trading to resume. Stopped reading posts a long time ago since nothing new or interesting is reported, just personal attacks and other garbage. Carlton
