Oh dear. Erstwhile Microsoft loyalist Fred Moody is going against them again, and Jesse Berst picks up on it. This is on the issue of contractors and options, and current legal actions w.r.t. the situation.

As usual, I offer no legal opinion on this, that's for the courts to decide. I must again note, though, that "leave the lawyers out of this" is a lame defense here; in general, Microsoft never leaves the lawyers out of it, if it's to their advantage. Why it shouldn't work the other way, I have no idea.
