So at 3:25pm Las Vegas time i give the TLTK secretary a call...ask about the annual report...she said that as of that time they still had time to get it in or that "they might file for an extension" but that we should hear something tomorrow (about the EPS data)... She wasn't clear on if we'd hear news tomorrow if they filed for an extension but i assume that they were granted one if we don't hear anything today...would be nice if someone called 702-734-0177 tomorrow (today) to find out what they ended up doing.... i didn't see a press release under WSJ briefing book...but we should definitely get to the bottom of this before the close of business Tuesday.... I personally have the feeling that this company was not ready to go from ~6 million in annual revenues to to $49 million that it achieved...Sure we all like growth but the pitfalls are being evidenced right now...A defined downturn has not been demonstrated yet so i'm still very interested in TLTK for their growth prospects...but we can expect things like this to have the possibility to happen... How many companies do we know of who, withough just buying another company, go from $6 to $49 million in one year...from all my searching...NONE....I'm giving them a chance....even though sometimes it can get very very annoying....
