To Oswaldo Coelho also know as Elmo in this thread and who lives now in Nairobi Kenya I have a question. About a year ago and Gersh (ggersh) knows about it and also I think Jay (TJ or TobagoJack) I asked you if we could work together in Kenya. The references you gave me did not respond. More recently we had a lively discussion related to solar + batteries etc. projects in Uganda.
