Omni, You have said what I tried to say in much better terminology. It seems to me you can't just go in and ask a company to see their books because your interested in buying them. I don't know much about legal issues, but I assume a letter of intent lets them do just this. They get to disect the financials of a company and see what makes them tick. You certainly nailed the point. Also, we will probably never know why Myraid is being acquired by FAMH, these things usually go unsaid. But you can bet your bottom dollar that when we received FAMH's financials all will be revealed. Keep smiling and keep posting, you are a welcome addition to this thread from my standpoint. Redhead
