Fenton, looks like they are replacing existing leased facilities to boost production capacity. The new owned plant in Scotland will replace the two existing leased plants. 130k SQ ft. vs. 70k sq. ft. Looks like the new florida plant for 1998 has 110 sq ft. vs. the old lease plant of 70k sq ft. All in all, looks like expansion to me.
