To Brian Murphy From Joe Medsker The contract between FTEL AND DCTC states they will split FNET equally once the IPO is announced. When they were talking with RANA, Joe and Frank would have ended up with only 40% apeice and RANA would have had 20%. Without RANA its back to 50-50. Best Regards
