To: Bruce Hoyt From: Joe Medsker I talk to Joe Murphy several times a week about the numbers and earnings per share because this is what will determine the share price. From what I can determine DCTC has a very good chance to be in the black in the fourth quarter of this year. Bases on their divisions that they currently own, DCTC should earn about $.50 cents per share for all of 1997, this does not include any revenue from FNET. This is with about 8.5 million shares outstanding at that time.
