Sold all my TIS today at 4.57. Got suckered on this one thinking its price was well compressed after it had fallen to 13.91. But no, not it still had a long way to fall, and falling all the way to $.02 is not impossible. Management is clearly incompetent. If there is a clear reversal with a real plan re-start a dividend, I might look at it again, but probably will be leery to get back into this one.

Awhile back got some more IDEV. (iShares Core MSCI International Developed Markets ETF). Trying to transition to more of a "set it and forget it" portfolio that I do not have to monitor so carefully. IDEV is an ETF paying 2.5% yield.

Also got some KNOT Offshore Partners LP (KNOP). They lease out oil tankers that are suitable to take on the oil of offshore fields.

10% yield, hIgh dividend MLP that is formed as a C corporation that produces a 1099. Looks like a decent speculation.
