Someone or, more likely, some fund sure is confident about MDGL. There was a 10,000 share purchase at today's closing price, $280.74. It is listed on the NSADAQ after market trading page, but the time is 16:00:00 so it's literally on the open/after line. The last after market trade was also sizable, 2,039 shares.
