I guess you failed to see the supreme court decision today on the Muslim ban which is about 10,000 times more relevant than sustaining the Manafort incarceration.

The Manafort decision was normal and you want me to celebrate normal and give a right winger credit for it?

Today's supreme court decision upholding Trumps Muslim ban literally undermines our constitution, the rule of law and basic human decency and supports the Republicans and Trumps destruction of our democracy in favor of executive rule AKA a dictatorship.

And takes us all the way back to the Korematsu decision!!

"Korematsu v. United States, 323 U.S. 214 (1944), was a landmark United States Supreme Court case concerning the constitutionality of Executive Order 9066, which ordered Japanese Americans into internment camps during World War II regardless of citizenship.

AND:

"Chae Chan Ping v. United States, 130 U.S. 581 (1889), decided by the United States Supreme Court on May 13, 1889, and better known as the Chinese Exclusion Case, was a case challenging the Scott Act of 1888, an addendum to the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882."

Trump now wants the right to sell defense weapons without congressional approval. Great, let's let crazy Trump sell our enemies and the worlds dictators our defense weapons!

With no congressional oversight!
