So four gents, that are REFR Longs, are playing poker.
Meyer, at the table loses a $500 dollar hand, clutches his chest, drops dead from a heart attack.
This on a day Meyer lost $5000 on his REFR stock. Total losses are now over a million.
The Boys decide to cut cards to determine who will tell Meyer’s wife the news.
Goldberg draws the low card.
The Boys tell him, “Be gentle, be discreet, don’t make a bad situation worse.”
Goldberg replies, “Don’t worry, I’m the most discreet and tactful guy you know.”

Goldberg goes to the Meyer house, knocks on the door and Mrs. Meyer greets Goldberg, “What’s up? Where is the Mister?”
Goldberg replies, “Your husband lost $500 at poker and another $5000.00 on his lousy REFR investment and is afraid to come home.”
“Tell him to drop dead.” Mrs. Meyer yelled.
“I’ll go tell him.” Goldberg replied soulfully.
