Chatting with him when he was here at the Metals Investor Forum, I'd say he is well aware of it and keeping track.. At the time, the growers at scale were all indoors and he was looking at smaller and specialized growers akin to folks who are involved in craft beer etc. but now with this new rule, it certainly opens up so let's see if he is alert enough to go after some one.. As for Canadian presence, at the time he was supposed to interview few candidates for VP of Business Development based in Toronto and added responsibilities of IR functions etc. so hopefully he has made some headway with all of that.. Mind you, now that he is back home and busy with setting up the factory, who knows..
