As for Canadian presence, at the time he was supposed to interview few candidates for VP of Business Development based in Toronto and added responsibilities of IR functions etc. so hopefully he has made some headway with all of that.

He is / we are already paying for IR services and will be paying for these services for a looooong time. Remind me, where is this IR guy right now? Looks like he is trying to promote NPK to sherpas and maybe to Machu Picchu mountain goats.

CV has been had. This happens to just about everyone.

Now, can he fix it???
